Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Awards Dinner – An Affair to Remember
More than 700 attendees wined and dined at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara to celebrate the successes of award winning work conducted by the Chamber's members. Attendees enjoyed a lively, well-planned awards presentation that provided ample time for enjoyable 'mixing and mingling' among guests encompassing top business, community and philanthropic leaders. In tune to the red-carpet theme of the evening, guests were greeted by engaging actors playing the part of Hollywood icons including Marilyn Monroe and Charlie Chaplin followed by a special cocktail reception, dinner, entertainment and a live auction. The event toasted local celebrities who play a starring role in Carlsbad's thriving business community, honored the achievements of the 2007 Chamber Board of Directors and served as an ideal venue to officially inaugurate the new Board.
